Our primary task is to offer and maintain the “Red Ink” add-in. We are pleased that other companies handle various related tasks and provide services related to Red Ink that you may find helpful:

• General IT Support (e.g., setting up and operating Red Ink in your environment)
  • MTF Solutions AG (IT Service Provider in Switzerland who can help you set up and integrate Red Ink into your environment)
• Support in setting up and running the Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Getting strategic and operational advice and support on selecting, implementing and using legal tech

• Support in how to best use Red Ink, including general training on AI, with a focus on the legal industry

You may choose any suitable provider. We are not affiliated with, nor do we endorse, any specific company. While we are not involved in their service provision to you, we do grant them access to our third-level support and allow them to obtain and resell Red Ink licenses to their clients at their discretion.
